Skills Hub in the United Arab Emirates seeks a results-driven Manpower Agency Supervisor to grow our manpower supply business by acquiring new clients, generating manpower requirements, closing contracts, and developing long-term client accounts.

You will identify corporate clients, negotiate terms, and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill orders, manage relationships, and drive monthly targets for accounts, requirements, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UAE experience in manpower supply, staffing, or related business development.
• Proven ability to generate manpower requirements and close contracts/orders.
• Strong negotiation, sales, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients requiring manpower supply, recruitment, staffing, or outsourcing services.
• Develop new business opportunities and establish relationships with HR Managers, Procurement Teams, Operations Managers, Project Managers, and business owners.
• Generate new manpower requirements and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Visit prospective clients, understand workforce requirements, and present suitable manpower solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, manpower supply offers, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients within guidelines and close orders/contracts.
