ADRobotics is seeking a Technical Buyer to manage day-to-day tactical purchasing, bridging engineering and supply chain to keep production supplied on time. The role involves issuing and expediting purchase orders, managing supplier commitments, and resolving procurement issues.

Key requirements include 3–5 years as a Buyer or similar, Mandarin fluency for Chinese suppliers, and experience in a complex manufacturing environment such as robotics. Proficiency with ERP systems is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist or Sourcing Engineer.
• Mandarin proficiency required for liaising with Chinese suppliers.
• Experience in a complex manufacturing environment (Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Robotics).
• Experience managing procurement and logistics from China to UAE/GCC including shipping, customs, and import rules.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end procurement for technical components required for robotics assembly.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing to understand specs and timelines.
• Review drawings, schematics, and specs to ensure data is accurate for suppliers.
• Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders in the ERP system within terms and agreements.
• Monitor PO status, delivery schedules, and flag late deliveries or issues toPlanning/Production.
