Job summary

EDGE is seeking a seasoned Procurement Leader to drive end-to-end technical procurement for advanced engineering components. You will manage global supply chains, lead supplier negotiations, and supervise a team to meet tight timelines and budgets within the rapid prototyping framework.

The role requires strong strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and expertise in electrical components sourcing, with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management with contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Familiarity with procurement ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in sourcing and procurement strategies and techniques.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Technical sourcing/ procurement for electrical components with knowledge of suppliers and project constraints (time, cost, quality).
• Manage global supply chains to source, order, receive and test within timelines.
• Attend to customized engineering requirements for rapid prototyping and ensure proper components are sourced within project timelines.
• Develop procurement plans and budgets; lead supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Oversee supplier performance, invoicing, and records; drive process improvements.
