Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) to join our Dubai-based team. You will promote Forex and CFD products, convert high-quality leads into active clients, and build strong relationships while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will be native or fluent Mandarin speakers with proven Forex/CFD conversion sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and trading platforms.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency in written and spoken form.
• Experience in Forex & CFD industry required.
• Experience in Conversion or Retention sales in Forex/CFD.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote Forex and CFD products to prospective clients.
• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients using consultative sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maximise client conversion and identify future sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay updated on financial markets and trading products.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs while complying with company standards.
