Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) to drive client acquisition in Dubai. You will promote Forex and CFD products, convert high-quality leads, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Fluency in Mandarin and prior Forex/CFD conversion experience are required. The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission, a full relocation package to Dubai, and opportunities to work in an international team.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is required.
• Mandatory experience in Forex & CFD industry.
• Experience in conversion or retention sales in Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and office applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products.

Responsibilities

• Promote Forex and CFD products to prospective clients.
• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients via consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maximise client conversion and identify future sales opportunities.
• Deliver high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay up to date with financial markets, trading products and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.
