The Lemon Consulting in Dubai is seeking a Korean-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to promote Forex/CFD products and convert leads into clients. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and stay informed on market developments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires native Korean proficiency, Forex/CFD experience, and strong negotiation skills. You will join an international team with relocation support and ongoing training, offering a dynamic, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Korean written and spoken.
Experience in Forex & CFD industry required.
Experience in Conversion or Retention sales in Forex/CFD.
Strong sales negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Computer literacy with Office applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms.
Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products.

Responsibilities

Promote the companys Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey
Stay up to date with financial markets trading products and industry developments
Meet individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining compliance with company standards.
