Job summary

The lemon Consulting is hiring an FX Sales Conversion Agent (Japanese) in Dubai. You will promote Forex and CFD products, convert high-quality leads into active clients, and build lasting relationships through consultative selling in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Fluency in Japanese, prior Forex/CFD conversion or retention experience, and strong sales and negotiation skills are essential. You will work with CRM systems and trading platforms, stay current with market developments, and

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Japanese required.
• Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry is mandatory.
• Experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Computer literate with standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with CRM systems and trading platforms.
• Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maximise client conversion and identify opportunities for future sales.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
