Madison Pearl is seeking a Managing Director Group Credit for a leading regional bank in Dubai to steer credit strategy and risk management across retail, SME and corporate portfolios.

The role leads a global team, sets underwriting standards, implements advanced analytics, and partners with regulators to ensure compliance while reporting to the Board on risk exposure and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in credit with at least 10 years in senior leadership in a top bank.
• Strong expertise in credit risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in corporate/wholesale banking and portfolio strategy.

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the credit function, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity within a leading bank.
• Strong expertise in credit risk management, regulatory frameworks, and portfolio strategy.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of building and scaling credit operations in complex environments.
