Job summary

Property Finder seeks a strategic leader to diagnose performance, translate strategy into priorities, and strengthen execution across the UAE and international markets.

You will partner with the Director and Executive Leadership Team to run annual planning, perform market analyses, and design a coherent framework with clear ownership and milestones. This role drives accountable decisions and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews across the UAE and international markets, focusing on variances, root causes, decisions and interventions.
• Translate strategy into priorities and plans by designing annual strategic planning with executive input and scenario analysis.
• Oversee quarterly OKR cycles and maintain an integrated calendar to drive aligned, transparent execution across the company.

1. Diagnose business performance and drive action Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews across the UAE and international markets, ensuring discussions focus on material variances, root causes, decisions, and interventions. Partner with business and functional leaders to define a coherent performance framework, including north-star outcomes, leading indicators, targets, and clear metric ownership. Conduct and synthesize analyses that identify emerging risks, growth opportunities, and underperformance before they become visible in headline results. Translate each review into explicit decisions, owners, timelines, and follow-through; escrow unresolved issues where required.
2. Translate strategy into priorities and plans Partner with the Director and Executive Leadership Team to design and run the annual strategic-planning process, from strategic choices and targets through prioritization and resource allocation. Bring an outside-in perspective through customer, market, and competitor analysis, and translate insights into implications for Property Finder’s strategy. Pressure-test strategic proposals and investment choices through structured analysis, clear hypotheses, and scenario modelling.
3. Strengthen company-wide execution Lead the quarterly company OKR cycle, ensuring goals are selective, measurable, aligned across teams, and supported by clear ownership. Maintain an integrated company operating calendar across planning, performance reviews, and decision forums. Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of leadership forums, reducing time spent assembling information and increasing time spent making decisions. Build mechanisms that make commitments and performance transparent without creating unnecessary reporting overhead.
