Qualifications

• Four+ years in a professional digital design role.
• Portfolio showcasing online and offline design work with social media engagement.
• Strong experience with AI prompting for image/video/sound/voice-over.
• Proficient with AI-generation tools Magnific and Higgsfield.
• Familiar with AI models for video generation: Google Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance.
• Excellent Adobe CC skills: InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.
• Strong communication, aesthetic eye, and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital/graphic design or related field is a plus.

About The Role

We are looking for a mid-level digital designer with a broad skill set and the ability to deliver a wide variety of creative and conceptual work in support of the company’s B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and develop innovative marketing concepts and initiatives.
• Use emerging technology platforms—particularly AI—to bring maximum creativity and value to every project.
• Design and produce engaging digital content, including:
• Email templates
• Branding kits
• Social media communications
• Campaign deliverables
• Presentation decks
• Maintain consistency across designs and content on all company platforms.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Advise on the creative direction and aesthetic of campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
• Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify opportunities for improvement.

Desired Qualifications

• A minimum of four years’ experience in a professional digital design role.
• A portfolio of online and offline design work demonstrating creativity, experience, and impact—including engagement across social media.
• Strong experience with AI prompting for image, video, sound, and voice-over generation.
• Proficiency with AI-generation platforms such as Magnific and Higgsfield.
• Familiarity with AI models and tools such as Google Nano Banana, Kling, and Seedance for video generation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including:
• InDesign
• Illustrator
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Premiere Pro
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and campaign concepts clearly.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset, supported by exceptional organizational and technical skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
