Job summary

Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the design and user experience of our B2B products. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, owning projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a senior designer, you will lead complex initiatives, contribute to design strategy, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or a related field.
Expertise across discovery, UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.
Strategic thinking linking user needs to business goals.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Mentorship to coach and grow other designers.
Ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to launch.
Attention to detail in visual polish, accessibility, and usability.
Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer at PF, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our B2B products. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions. As a senior member of the design team, you will work alongside other designers, contribute to design strategy, and ensure that our products align with both customer needs and business goals. This role offers you the chance to lead complex design projects, work on strategic initiatives, and be a key player in achieving PF’s mission to become the most trusted partner in real estate across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Lead the end‑to‑end design process for one or more B2C products—from discovery and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and delivery. Set a high bar for craft, quality, and execution across the team.
User‑Centred Design: Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, creating intuitive, effective experiences that balance customer value with business goals.
UI & Visual Design: Demonstrate exceptional UI and visual design skills, with a strong eye for detail, interaction design, motion, micro‑interactions, and creating moments of delight.
Rapid Execution: Produce high‑quality design work in fast‑paced environments while maintaining strong design thinking, process, and attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Translate user research, data, and business objectives into thoughtful product solutions. Continuously iterate to improve usability, engagement, and outcomes.
Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to define problems, align on solutions, and deliver exceptional product experiences.
Design Strategy: Help shape the design strategy for the B2B product suite, ensuring a consistent experience across web and mobile. Collaborate with other design teams to evolve a unified product vision and design language.
Testing & Iteration: Validate concepts through prototyping, user testing, and experimentation, using feedback and data to refine designs and improve product outcomes.

Desired Experience:

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of shipping high‑quality digital products in fast‑paced environments.
Design Craft: Expertise across product discovery, UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems. Strong ability to use research and data to inform decisions.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect user needs with business objectives and contribute to product and design strategy.
Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional teams and presenting design rationale with confidence.
Mentorship: Passion for supporting and developing other designers through coaching, feedback, and leading by example.
Ownership & Execution: Self‑driven and accountable, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through launch while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Attention to Detail: A strong eye for visual polish, usability, accessibility, and the small details that create exceptional user experiences.
AI Proficiency: Fluency with AI tools across the design process, from research synthesis to rapid prototyping. Critical evaluation of AI output and knowledge when generative capabilities genuinely improve an experience versus when they don’t.
Content Creation (Nice to Have): Experience creating product videos, motion graphics, or other visual content is a plus.
