Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Manager - Risk Management within Enterprise Assurance to lead the development and maintenance of risk registers and ensure comprehensive risk assessment coverage. You will drive analysis and reporting across the organization to support informed decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in risk management, with a solid understanding of airport operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or related areas.
• Understanding of airport operations from airside to terminal.
• Experience collecting and presenting data for risk reporting.
• Courses or seminars in enterprise risk management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver reliable operational and tactical risk registers for Dubai Airports.
• Control risk assessments to cover key processes and identify deficiencies.
• Produce feasibility studies, risk reports, and management information packs.
• Coordinate internal and external risk information sharing to enable proactive risk management.
• Implement cost of risk analysis with CPO and BAU.

What you’ll deliver

• You’ll manage and deliver reliable and updated operational and tactical risk registers for Dubai Airports
• You’ll manage and control the risk assessment to ensure that key processes are covered and critical deficiencies are identified.
• You’ll produce and generate Feasibility Studies, Risk Reports, Management Information Pack, Risk updates, GRC software reports etc.
• You will manage the risk information sharing internally across the organization and externally to stakeholders to enable proactive risk management and effective controls environment.
• You will implement and execute cost of risk analysis in coordination with CPO and BAU.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor level with at least 5 years of experience in Business Administration/Risk Management/Related.
• You should have understanding of Airport Operations from Airside to terminal operations.
• You’ll need to collect statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation.
• You’ll need to attended courses or seminars in enterprise risk managementin fields related to the activities of DA.
