About the Job

The Analytics Consultant role is part of a growing team driving brand strategy across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. Working closely with client service teams you will shape proposals, deliver insights and transform data into compelling marketing stories.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong aptitude for storytelling through data. You will work on segmentation, brand strategy analytics and conjoint projects to help clients navigate complex data and make strategic decisions.

Job Goals
  • Develop analytics‑led proposals aligned to client objectives – Lead the analytics component ensuring it integrates seamlessly with quantitative and qualitative workstreams to produce coherent integrated proposals aligned to answering client business questions.
  • Translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies – Use advanced analytics to identify customer segments, forecast trends and assess brand performance presenting findings in clear, accessible terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead impactful client presentations – Deliver findings and strategic recommendations with clarity and influence, adapting communication styles for diverse audiences, preparing engaging materials and addressing questions confidently.
  • Collaborate across geographies for seamless delivery – Coordinate with colleagues in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey to lead analytics solution delivery across regions.
  • Support internal capability building – Share expertise, mentor junior team members and contribute to training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to strengthen the analytics function.
  • Oversee project timelines and budgets – Monitor milestones, control spend and proactively address risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ideal Skills and Capabilities
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience – ideally in consultancy, market research or marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record in segmentation, conjoint analysis and brand‑strategy analytics from concept to delivery.
  • Strong analytical mindset – with the ability to navigate complex datasets, identify patterns and translate insights into clear business implications.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools – such as Tableau, Power BI or Python; familiarity with digital analytics platforms or marketing effectiveness frameworks is an advantage.
  • Experienced in client engagement – with the ability to build rapport, understand business challenges and deliver tailored insight‑led solutions.
  • Adept at leading presentations and proposal development – designing compelling slides, facilitating workshops and responding effectively to client feedback.
  • Skilled in cross‑market collaboration – with the flexibility and cultural sensitivity to work effectively across diverse regions and adapt to varied client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – capable of conveying complex concepts with clarity and confidence.
