Job summary

Kerzner International Limited seeks an experienced Manager IT Compliance to lead our IT compliance and security initiatives. You will develop, implement, and oversee programs to ensure secure and compliant technology operations, collaborating with Legal and IT teams to embed policies across the organization.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical background, and the ability to drive a culture of compliance with regulations and standards such as GDPR and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) preferred.
• 6 years of experience in IT compliance management, preferably in hospitality or related industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of IT compliance regulations, standards, and frameworks.
• Establish and maintain an IT compliance program aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and IT teams to develop and update IT policies and procedures.
• Communicate policies clearly to stakeholders and ensure adherence.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify IT compliance risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and manage regular internal and external IT audits.
• Monitor and report on compliance issues and resolve deficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training on IT compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of compliance awareness across the organization.
• Develop and maintain an incident response plan for IT compliance breaches.
• Lead investigations into potential breaches and ensure corrective actions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead compliance initiatives.
