The ideal candidate will implement policies, collaborate with multiple departments, and oversee audits to ensure regulations and standards are met, including GDPR and PCI DSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years in IT compliance management in hospitality or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Familiar with GDPR and PCI DSS.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT compliance programs.
• Collaborate with legal and IT teams to update policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external IT audits.
• Monitor and report on compliance issues; drive corrective actions.
• Deliver training on IT compliance to staff.
• Lead investigations into potential breaches and remedial actions.
• Integrate compliance requirements into IT processes and projects.
