Job summary

Kerzner International Management seeks an experienced Manager IT Compliance to lead our technology and security compliance initiatives. You will craft and govern IT compliance programs, partner with legal and IT teams, and drive a culture of rigorous controls across the organisation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical background, and deep knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and standards like GDPR and PCI DSS. You will oversee audits and deliver training to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Master's degree preferred and professional certifications encouraged.
• 6+ years in IT compliance management within hospitality or similar.
• Strong IT governance, risk and compliance framework knowledge.
• Familiar with GDPR and PCI DSS requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lead audits and drive a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT compliance programs aligned with industry standards.
• Lead and coordinate internal/external IT audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with legal and IT to update policies and procedures.
• Clearly communicate policies to stakeholders and drive adherence.
• Monitor compliance issues and drive timely remediation.
• Develop training to educate employees on IT compliance.
• Foster a culture of compliance awareness across the org.
• Maintain incident response plans for IT compliance breaches.
• Lead investigations into breaches with corrective actions.
• Integrate compliance requirements into IT projects and processes.
• Advise leadership as a subject matter expert on IT compliance.
