Job description

Purpose

The Field Account & Corporate Manager is a key representative of the Distribution channel, overseeing Field Accounts across the region—spanning both Performance and Fashion partners. The role is responsible for accelerating growth across ON's Field Accounts and Corporate business in the GCC & Jordan while executing the strategic and financial plans for distribution, growing ON's market share, and strengthening brand visibility through effective account management. We aim to transform small-to medium partners into high value, scalable accounts. In addition to managing a broad Field portfolio, the role develops ON's Corporate Business, securing new opportunities and delivering profitable revenue streams. Operating cross functionally, the Field Account & Corporate Manager ensures flawless marketplace execution, maximizes sell through, and actively contributes to ON's premium positioning and long term commercial ambitions in the region.

Key Accountabilities
Sales and Financial Planning
  • Grow the Field Accounts channel by expanding account potential, increasing productivity, and scaling partners aligned with ON's strategic priorities.
  • Deliver annual revenue, margin, and sell through targets across Field Accounts and Corporate.
  • Monitor Sales KPIs and initiate remedial actions in case of a shortfall between actual and expected performance.
  • Lead forecasting for assigned accounts and Corporate pipeline; provide clear commercial visibility to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate book; ensure product flow and pricing integrity to support profitable growth.
  • Manage inventory, stock turnover, liquidation stock and stock movement.
2. Account Development & Marketplace Excellence
  • Maintain close collaboration with the retailers to improve the brand sales performance, elevation of the brand and increase footprint.
  • Build structured Business Plans with high potential Field Accounts to elevate execution and grow them into meaningful contributors to the channel.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to prospective clients.
  • Drive GTM excellence: alignment on assortments, key stories, product depth, and marketing priorities.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to assess brand presence, execution standards, and competitor dynamics.
  • Partner with VM, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure premium, consistent brand execution across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure distribution agreements with retailers are executed on time.
3. Business Development - Corporate (B2B)
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new Corporate opportunities across companies, institutions, clubs, and events.
  • Own the end to end lifecycle: lead generation, proposal design, negotiation, order execution, and post sales follow up.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with revenue goals; provide structured reporting on progress and performance.
  • Ensure Corporate proposals reflect ON's premium positioning, pricing structures, and brand guidelines.
4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Establish strong commercial relationships with buyers, merchandisers, retail managers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with internal cross functional partners (Planning, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing).
  • Build trust and influence to secure optimal assortments, space, activation opportunities, and brand elevation.
5. Operational & Financial Governance
  • Ensure disciplined account management: timely payments, credit control, compliance with terms, and strong operational hygiene.
  • Ensure contractual agreements are signed timely and accordingly executed.
  • Monitor inventory, stock health, replenishment needs, and markdown exposure; proactively manage risks.
  • Guarantee timely delivery and operational precision for both wholesale and corporate orders.
6. Insights, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze sell in, sell out, sell through, inventory, gross margin, and discount performance; provide actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; implement corrective actions to unlock incremental growth.
  • Track and report Corporate performance, revenue forecasts, and pipeline status.
7. Team Collaboration
  • Contribute to a high performance team environment through collaboration, best practice sharing, and commercial discipline.
  • Support Retail and VM training initiatives by ensuring Field and Corporate partners receive relevant product and brand knowledge.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, business development, or distribution management, with strong exposure to partner relationship management, commercial planning, and revenue growth.
