Job summary

Sobha Constructions L.L.C. is seeking a Manager - Business Excellence to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and manage performance across the organization.

The role will implement business excellence frameworks, improve productivity, and support strategic initiatives to achieve goals. Responsibilities include leading Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, establishing KPI dashboards, conducting internal audits, and guiding cross-functional teams through digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, or Operational Excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Business Excellence strategies, policies, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality management methodologies.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across departments.
• Facilitate process standardization and documentation of SOPs and best practices.
• Conduct internal audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for operational challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on business excellence methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on operational performance and improvement outcomes.
