EDGE is seeking a Bidding & Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle for complex opportunities across EDGE Commercial. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from Business Development to Finance and Technical stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals on time.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex international tenders and proposals.

• Expertise in pricing, commercial evaluation and financial analysis.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

EDGE is seeking an experienced Bidding & Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle for complex opportunities across our EDGE Commercial portfolio.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, PMO, Contracts, Procurement, and Technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals on time. You will manage bid planning, schedules, reviews, approvals, and handovers from capture through to execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex international tenders and proposals.
• Strong knowledge of bid management methodologies (APMP, Shipley, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of the Aerospace & Defence industry.
• Expertise in pricing strategies, commercial evaluation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
