Job summary

EDGE Commercial | Bidding & Proposals seeks an experienced Bidding & Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end bid lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, compliant proposals for international tenders in Aerospace & Defence. You will drive strategy, schedules, governance, and approval processes across multiple functions.

The role requires 15+ years in bid/proposal management with strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, and familiarity with APMP or Shipley methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of bid/proposal management experience.
• Experience managing international tenders in Aerospace & Defence.
• Knowledge of APMP and/or Shipley bid management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
