Job summary

EDGE in Dubai is seeking an Associate - Bidding & Proposal to support the development and submission of high-quality proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid delivery.

You will review RFPs, support planning and pricing, monitor timelines, and produce precise documents while driving process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in bidding, proposals, commercial operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid and proposal activities from opportunity review through submission and project handover.
• Review RFPs and tender documents, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
• Support proposal planning, pricing coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor bid timelines, quality, compliance, and associated costs.
• Produce accurate, professionally written proposal documents free from errors.
• Contribute to process improvements and share best practices across the team.
