Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a skilled industrial maintenance technician to service aluminum composite panel (ACP) production equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults, and conduct routine inspections to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years hands-on experience with ACP machinery such as CNC routers and bending machines, plus reading blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with ACP production machinery such as CNC routers and bending machines.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gears and electrical motor controls.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals to guide repairs.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on aluminum ACP panel fabrication machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues on specialized ACP cutting, bending and assembly equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of ACP production lines identifying potential failure points and implementing corrective actions
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics and manuals to guide repair and maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within manufacturing or fabrication
• Proven experience with machinery used in aluminum composite panel (ACP) production, such as CNC routers, bending machines, and automated assembly lines
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, gears) and electrical systems (PLCs, motor controls, wiring)
