Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a maintenance technician role.
• English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Valid manual driving license (LMV).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily upkeep, upgrades and timely repairs at Frank Porter homes.
• Repair to high standards of craftsmanship at all times.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify repairs.
• Plan fixes using building plans as required.
• Carry out basic repairs not requiring specialized technician.
• Assist with general property maintenance.
• Follow instructions from managers and senior maintenance staff.
• Maintain knowledge of MEP and HVAC.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Demonstrate excellent organization and time management.

Maintenance Technician with Manual License

• Deploy to Frank Porter homes to undertake necessary upkeep works, upgrades as well as solutions on a day-to-day basis in a prompt fashion and also at precise timings
• Perform the above jobs to the greatest requirements of craftmanship in any way times
• Troubleshoots issues to establish needed repair work.
