Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with Krones experience.
• 5+ years in beverage/food manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens S7, TIA Portal).
• Continuous improvement and lean tools applied to operations.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for Krones PET and 5-Gallon lines, ensuring assets are properly maintained.
• Define maintenance priorities and goals to deliver designed machine output.
• Develop and implement the maintenance master plan for the plant.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Krones filling, blow-moulding, labelling, conveying, and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motors, drives, and communication systems.
• Improve water and power consumption to meet sustainability targets.
• Coordinate major overhauls, shutdown maintenance, installation, commissioning and modifications.
• Supervise daily preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Participate in TPM and Lean Maintenance initiatives.
