• Establish leadership for a 5–6 technician team.
• Support production to optimize manufacturing value.
• Plan maintenance activities and produce work procedures.
• Attend breakdowns and ensure routine preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and other departments.
• Maintain EH&S standards and perform risk assessments.
• Plan, prioritize, and handover maintenance work.
• Mentor and evaluate technician performance.
• Review PMs and work instructions to improve efficiency.
