Job summary

Lipton in Dubai is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead plant maintenance across all lines. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and cost-effective execution of PM tasks while driving continuous improvements in energy use and equipment performance.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical/mechatronics background with hands-on experience in production environments, strong data skills, and the ability to manage complex maintenance projects and teams on site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics/robotics field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and TPM/PM methodologies.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance on site with emphasis on safety and reliability.
Develop and implement maintenance plans and PM schedules.
Conduct root cause analysis for top breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Manage CMMS data quality and update work orders promptly.
Coordinate with Maintenance Planner to optimize resources and plans.
Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce MTBF/MTTR and improve OEE.
