Schlumberger is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational demand.
Under direct supervision, you will support CI initiatives, maintain accurate maintenance data in TLM systems, and uphold Schlumberger standards of compliance and safety while building competency in the Center of Reliability and Efficiency.
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on‑time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance‑related Cost of Service Delivery CoSD Maintenance Efficiency People Productivity and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency CRE or Maintenance Base MB or Maintenance Center Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management TLM business systems accurately capturing maintenance related data Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System Participate in and support continuous improvement CI initiatives Diploma or technical experiance
