Job summary

SLB is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment according to operational demand. The role supports improvements in maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the CRE or MB centers.

Under supervision, you will perform higher-level maintenance tasks, maintain transactional discipline in TLM systems, and comply with SLB

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program.
• Ensure on-time delivery of equipment.
• Support initiatives to improve CoSD, Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability.
• Adhere to TLM standards and diligently capture maintenance data in TLM systems.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
