Job summary

SLB in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in line with the Maintenance Program.

The role supports initiatives to improve maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery, Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the CRE/MB or Maintenance Center, under supervision by a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical experience required.
• Basic understanding of maintenance processes and data systems.
• Willingness to learn and follow prescribed maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities under supervision.
• Adhere to TLM business systems and accurately capture maintenance data.
• Give effect to Schlumberger TLM standards.
• Maintain competency in the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
