Job summary

Cameron, a Schlumberger company, in the United Arab Emirates, seeks a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment according to demand.

You will work under the direct supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician, maintaining data in TLM systems, complying with Schlumberger and division TLM standards, and building competency within the CRE/MB or Maintenance Center while supporting CI initiatives.

Job Description

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
