Job summary

NOV in Abu Dhabi is seeking a warehouse/inventory specialist to manage receipt, storage, and documentation of raw materials, machined parts, and consumables. You will ensure accurate records, timely updates in the system, and coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain to support on-time manufacturing.

The role requires 1–3 years in warehouse operations, familiarity with ERP (JDE preferred), and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or related diploma is required.
1–3 years in warehouse or inventory operations, preferably manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred) and inventory processes.
Basic understanding of machine shop materials, tooling, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, tooling, consumables, and machined parts against POs and delivery docs.
Process goods receipts and close purchase orders in JDE while maintaining inventory records.
Issue materials and tooling to the Machine Shop and monitor stock levels.
Assist Quality Control with documentation for inspections, certifications, and invoicing.
Create and maintain daily warehouse logs, inventory transactions, and supporting docs.
Coordinate with Machine Shop, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in line with 5S and HSE standards.
Perform stock counts and support inventory reconciliation activities.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Machine Shop Supervisor or Manager.
