Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst in Dubai to join a high-performing team. You will work with Senior Managers and Partners to assess strategic fit, analyse transactions, model finances and help manage deal cycles.

The role requires 2–4 years in M&A, strong financial modelling skills and excellent communication, with responsibilities spanning client reporting, documentation, and coordinating with advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in an M&A environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of transactions across the client portfolio and prepare client reports for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Support project management of the deal cycle and collaborate with junior colleagues.
• Engage with counterparties and advisers to meet transaction milestones and assess key business drivers.
• Provide insights, conclusions and advice to identify risks and issues throughout transactions.
