Job summary

EY in Dubai seeks an Emirati National for the EYP Financial Due Diligence - Senior role. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, handle due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, and advance to lead teams and develop client relationships.

You will analyze financial and operational results, contribute to reports, and support senior staff in delivering high-quality insights in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or related major.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with prior due diligence exposure or strong audit background.
• Ability to analyze financial and non-financial information to form views and conclusions.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analyzing financial and operational results.
• Collaborate with the team, ensure quality, share responsibilities, and keep senior members updated on progress.
• Develop client relationships and provide clear reports and schedules to clients.
