Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Progress toward or completion of CFA/CAIA/ACCA or related postgraduate degree is advantageous.
• 4–6 years in investment banking, corporate finance, PE, or corporate M&A with valuation and modelling focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio company performance and optimize shareholder returns.
• Support growth initiatives including M&A and greenfield projects.
• Prepare investment committee decks and portfolio oversight reports.
• Coordinate with external advisors and manage relationships with portfolio management teams.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for transactions and portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements during execution.
