Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Plastic Surgery Specialist focused on lymphatic care in Dubai, UAE. The role involves assessment and management of lymphedema and lipedema, with both surgical and non-surgical treatment planning.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, maintain evidence-based practice, and ensure regulatory compliance. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Valid UAE licensure to practice as a Plastic Surgery Specialist.
• Proven clinical experience in lymphedema and/or lipedema management.
• Experience in plastic, reconstructive, and/or lymphatic surgery; microsurgery desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients with lymphedema and lipedema.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical options.
• Perform relevant plastic and reconstructive procedures as trained.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and stay updated on lymphatic surgery advances.
• Provide patient counselling and informed consent.
