Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgery Specialist to join our Abu Dhabi healthcare team. The role focuses on assessment and management of lymphedema and lipedema, with opportunities to perform both surgical and non-surgical interventions within a multidisciplinary setting.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree with plastic surgery specialization, valid licensure in Abu Dhabi/UAE, and proven experience in lymphatic conditions.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with plastic surgery specialization.
• Licensed to practice as Plastic Surgery Specialist in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
• Experience in lymphedema and/or lipedema management.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and patient-counselling skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage lymphedema and lipedema.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide surgical and non-surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with vascular surgeons, physiotherapists, and other specialists.
• Provide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Stay current with advances in lymphatic surgery and reconstruction.
• Participate in clinical meetings and professional development activities.
