Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Provide product information and advise customers.
• Greet customers and create a positive first impression.
• Provide customer service in fitting rooms.
• Follow up with customers to grow sales.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Train staff on POS operations and correct POS actions.
• Ensure pricing and ticketing accuracy to prevent losses.
• Handle cash wrap and gift cards; capture customer data.
• Attend store meetings and participate in inventories.
