Job summary

Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Waiter to join Floor24. The role focuses on warmly greeting guests, seating them, and attending to their dining needs with precise food and beverage service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in spoken business English.
• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with 5 star hospitality company.
• Additional language will be an advantage.
• Effective communication with colleagues and management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warm welcome and smile.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages to tables and attend to guests’ needs.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation when needed.
• Inform guests about allergies and daily specials.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen to fulfill orders.
• Input orders and ensure accuracy for service.
• Uphold Jumeirah serving standards and procedures.
