Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a VIP Waitress.
• Professional, Insta-Worthy appearance adhering to grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication with guests and stakeholders.
• Ability to upsell and drive profitability through service.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Upsell bespoke services, concept offerings and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure guest preferences and dietary requirements are considered.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and brand standards across service.
