Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in the UAE seeks a refined Butler to deliver personalized and anticipatory service, attending to guest preferences and creating a seamless luxury stay during their visit.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, front office and F&B to arrange unpacking/packing, dining, reservations, transport, and special occasions, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or resort settings.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Personalized Guest Services: establish connections with guests, anticipate needs and arrange services.
• Room Preparation: ensure rooms are meticulously prepared and customized per guest preferences.
• Dining and Beverage Services: coordinate in-room dining and special celebrations.
• Concierge Services: provide local information, arrange transport and tours as requested.
• Communication and Coordination: liaise with housekeeping, kitchen and front office for seamless service.
• Guest Relations: build strong guest relationships and handle concerns discreetly.
• Special Occasions: assist in planning and executing guest events and celebrations.
