Job summary

AlphaMind Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead a luxury kitchen and uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence for our fine-dining concepts, including Kira. This pivotal role acts as the Executive Chef’s right hand, driving daily operations and guest satisfaction.

You will mentor and develop Chefs de Partie and junior chefs, maintain HACCP and hygiene standards, and collaborate closely with service and management to deliver a seamless, premium

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in high-end, luxury, or fine-dining restaurants.
• Experience with premium ingredients and modern culinary techniques.
• Formal culinary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain exceptional culinary standards in line with a fine-dining or Michelin-level concept.
• Lead the kitchen brigade during service with confidence and professionalism.
• Mentor and develop Chefs de Partie and junior chefs to elite standards.
• Oversee HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with service and management to deliver a seamless guest journey.
