Job summary

Shaw Industries in Dubai seeks a Customer Service Specialist to deliver world-class service to Middle East and French-speaking customers. You will handle orders, inquiries and showroom activities with a focus on first contact resolution.

You will maintain the Dubai showroom, manage samples, café supplies, and vendor coordination, while supporting the sales team with quotes and project updates in SFDC.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual and in-person support to Middle East and French-speaking customers.
• Process orders, prepare correspondence, and respond to inquiries to ensure first-contact resolution.
• Maintain showroom appearance, manage the sample library, and coordinate maintenance vendors.
• Assist sales team with quotes, project reports, and SFDC data updates.
• Track orders and communicate delivery details with customers and transportation partners.
