Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking a Security Shift Leader to uphold the brand's safety standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead security operations on shift, supervise a team, and coordinate with outsourced guards to enforce resort policies.

The role requires at least 5 years in hospitality security, previous supervisory experience, strong admin skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality security.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in security operations.
• Strong communication in English and ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating security activities and supervise on-shift security personnel.
• Conduct security patrols and ensure post coverage and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with outsourced guards to enforce resort policies.
• Represent security on shift during emergencies and incidents.
• Investigate incidents and maintain confidential incident reports.
• Uphold privacy of guests and staff and ensure data protection.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and safety protocols are followed.
