Job summary

Marina Home Interiors is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver a world-class luxury retail experience in our Dubai showroom. You will drive showroom sales, provide personalized service, and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers.

Bring 5-7 years in luxury retail, impeccable presentation, and a strong understanding of brand heritage. This on-site role collaborates with delivery, marketing, and operations to maintain premium store standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Retail, preferably from Furniture industry / Luxury retail and premium fashion.
• Presentability in terms of dealing with HNI customers.
• Detail oriented and customer focus is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to handle complex store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, seasonal) while delivering an exceptional customer service.
• Identify solutions for upselling and cross selling to maximize showroom profitability.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Engage customers through consultative selling, understand lifestyle, preferences, and purchase intent.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and storytelling skills reflecting brand heritage.
• Improve conversion rate by engaging walk-in and appointment customers.
• Follow up with customers for repeat business and after-sales support.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions, billing and payment handling.
• Handle returns, exchanges and service requests per luxury service standards.
• Share stories behind craftsmanship, product design, inspiration, and brand heritage.
• Coordinate with delivery, marketing, and operations teams for seamless engagement.
