CHANEL's WFJ Retail Marketing & Client Experience Executive plays a pivotal role coordinating boutique marketing activations, events, hospitality, client treatment and gifting across UAE boutiques, mixing office and on-site presence.

You will partner with Boutique Management, CRM and regional teams to translate client insights into powerful activations, recruit and engage clients, and ensure an elevated, on-brand client journey across CHANEL standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Retail Marketing, Client Experience, CRM, Events or Luxury Retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate boutique marketing activations and events, hospitality, client treatment and gifting initiatives.
• Maintain boutique presence and translate client insights into actionable recommendations for the regional Marketing team.
• Partner with Boutique and CRM teams on client strategy, recruitment, invitations, attendance and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate and implement Retail Marketing initiatives and boutique animation plans in line with regional priorities.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement across WFJ client experience initiatives.
