Job summary

Chanel in Abu Dhabi seeks a Client Marketing professional reporting to the Boutique Director to enhance client knowledge and elevate the client experience both in-store and externally. You will own CRM and marketing initiatives and enable the sales team to deliver outstanding service and personalized engagements.

With 5 years in operational marketing or CRM within fashion or luxury, you bring leadership, strong English communication, data analytics, and a keen market sense.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in operational marketing, CRM and/or client experience projects.
• Deep understanding of the local market with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong leadership, communications skills, attention to details and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor client analysis on a regular basis.
• Report results to Boutique Director and share trends with teams.
• Transform data into PowerPoint reports and visual insights to drive clienteling.
• Develop boutique marketing activities and define CRM objectives with regional teams.
• Coordinate and follow up on client events and personalized services.
• Support events and serve as main contact for Fashion team ME and India.
