Job summary

Hill Intl. seeks a senior project manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a luxury retail and mixed-use development in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, risk management and client relations to ensure premier standards.

The role requires 20+ years post-graduate experience, PMP certification, and proven ability to manage high-value projects within luxury retail and commercial sectors. UAE familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or similar.
• PMP certification or equivalent project-management credential.
• 20+ years post-graduate experience in large-scale projects.
• Minimum 5 years as Senior Project Manager within a recognized PMC.
• Experience on luxury retail and commercial sector developments preferred.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi local authority stakeholder processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for luxury retail and mixed-use development.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, stakeholder management and quality control.
• Develop budgets, contracts, and cost controls; monitor programme delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture, engineering and construction.
• Review designs and specifications for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Represent the institution in dealings with customers, consultants, and authorities.
