Job summary

Hill International is seeking a seasoned Project Director/Manager to lead and manage all aspects of construction projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee planning, design through execution, budgets, contracts, schedules, and quality standards, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

Graduates with civil engineering or related disciplines and 15+ years of end-to-end construction experience, including PMC and on-site roles, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of end-to-end construction project experience.
• Experience with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) mandatory.
• Residential, mid-rise project experience essential.
• Experience in report writing and contractual administration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Client representatives regarding project progress and concerns.
• Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions.
• Develop and/or administer project budgets, contracts, and quality controls.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the construction project.
• Review and interpret proposed designs and drawings for appropriateness; advise consultants and clients.
• Ensure operations comply with design specs and client requirements.
• Direct work sequencing to expedite delivery and minimize disruption.
• Inspect, approve, and accept completed projects for conformance to standards and codes.
• Research and prepare various operation reports and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Hill’s policies and procedures.
