Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, oversee service flow, assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and support floor coverage during peak periods. You will drive guest satisfaction and financial performance within your area of responsibility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with several years in F&B, or a 2-year degree in Hospitality/Management with related experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B.

Responsibilities

Supervises and manages employees; day-to-day restaurant operations.
Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
Reviews staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Provides leadership, coaching, and ensures compliance with policies and laws.
Oversees financial aspects including purchasing and invoices.
