Qualifications

• Experience as handyman/maintenance supervisor in hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and fixtures maintenance.
• Ability to identify faults and perform minor repairs independently.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out routine general maintenance and minor repair works.
• Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, patching, fixture repairs and other handyman tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
• Perform minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
• Coordinate with specialized technicians for repairs requiring electrical, HVAC, plumbing or other expertise.
